Coating and finish - the handle is finished with original Cerakote®, a ceramic-polymer protective coating also used on firearms and tactical gear. The Burnt Bronze variant pairs well with modern equipment while giving the baton a more refined, premium appearance.
Construction - the baton features a striking surface made of 4140 steel, while the intermediate shaft and handle are crafted from forged 7075 T6 aluminum. This material combination delivers high strength while keeping weight to a minimum for comfortable everyday carry.
Grip and carry - the handle features Crosstec knurling and spiral micro-grooves to promote a secure grip, while the machined rings work with the included adjustable Nexus clip.
