Features of the Hatsan AirTact Gen 2 Camo Air Rifle

Barrel — manufactured from German steel, rifled, highly precise, and measuring 14.5" (370 mm) in length. Encased in a polymer shroud and finished with an integral sound moderator that significantly reduces shot report, without using the Hatsan QE (QuietEnergy) system. This solution helps preserve the rifle’s nominal power output. Optional suppressors may require optic recalibration, as tightening them can alter projectile ballistic parameters. Hatsan’s engineers addressed this issue while also improving the rifle’s balance. The barrel is equipped with a muzzle brake with an integrated sound moderator, making the rifle easier to cock.

Stock — ergonomic, finished in Mossy Oak camouflage, equipped with a tactical pistol grip, and suitable for both right- and left-handed shooters. Manufactured from durable polymer. Texturing on the pistol grip and the central fore-end section ensures a secure, confident hold. The profiled Monte Carlo cheekpiece improves shoulder alignment and target acquisition. The buttstock is fitted with a rubber recoil pad that absorbs recoil energy after the shot and provides a stable point of contact.

Mounting Platform — tactical dual rail system, 11 mm / 22 mm, compatible with Picatinny and Weaver standards. Allows the installation of virtually any optical sight or mounting ring set. The integrated recoil stop absorbs recoil after the shot, prevents optics from shifting along the rail, and helps maintain zero.

• Adjustable trigger mechanism without the Quattro Trigger system. Enables the shooter to fine-tune trigger characteristics according to personal preference and shooting style, helping achieve the highest possible level of accuracy.

• Automatic Safety — located at the rear of the rifle’s cylinder chamber, it protects against unintentional discharge. This placement allows intuitive thumb operation. Before firing, the safety must be pressed to release the trigger lock; each time the rifle spring is cocked, the safety engages automatically.

• Anti Bear-Trap Safety — prevents premature spring release during cocking, protecting the user from potential hand or finger injuries.

• TruGlo — fiber-optic open sights with high-contrast fiber colors accelerate front-and-rear sight alignment and, thanks to strong light absorption, also support shooting in low-light conditions. The front sight is red, while the rear sight is green and adjustable for both windage and elevation.

Each air rifle not exceeding 17 J is supplied by the manufacturer with a unique 17 J Energy Limit Certificate. This certificate confirms product compliance and the rifle’s legality under Polish regulations.
