The Microtech MSI Ram-Lok Mini S/E Champagne Gold Frag Aluminum, Gold M390MK folding knife by Tony Marfione (210M-1FRCG-C19Z23) is a compact folding knife featuring a Modified Sheepsfoot blade made of Böhler M390MK steel and a milled 6061-T6 aluminum handle. The gold blade finish and Champagne Gold color create a cohesive, striking design, while the Frag pattern enhances grip and control.
Thumb studs on both sides allow for manual opening with either the right or left hand. The RAM-LOK® lock is accessible from both sides, ball bearings ensure smooth blade operation, and the reversible deep-carry clip allows the knife to be carried tip-up on either side of the handle.
Böhler M390MK and flat grind
The blade is made of Böhler M390MK stainless steel, which offers high corrosion resistance, good edge retention, and properties suitable for regular use. The Flat grind supports effective and controlled cutting.
Modified Sheepsfoot and Gold Finish
The Modified Sheepsfoot profile combines a lowered tip with a long section of smooth Plain Edge. The gold finish on the blade gives the design a decorative, collectible character and complements the Champagne Gold Handle.
Champagne Gold Frag Aluminum and RAM-LOK®
The handle is made of 6061-T6 aluminum and features a milled Frag pattern. Regular indentations increase the number of contact points with the hand, enhancing grip, control, and ergonomics. A titanium backspacer with a gold finish complements the design of this variant.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I care for Böhler M390MK steel?
After use, clean the blade and dry it thoroughly. Despite its high corrosion resistance, do not allow moisture, salt, or corrosive substances to remain on it.
How do I sharpen a Modified Sheepsfoot blade?
The edge should be sharpened at a consistent angle, following its factory profile. Near the lowered tip, it’s best to reduce pressure to preserve the original geometry.
How does the RAM-LOK® lock work?
RAM-LOK® uses a laterally sliding component that stabilizes the open blade. The mechanism is accessible from both sides of the Handle.
How do I clean the Frag handle?
Clean the milled recesses with a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth. After removing dirt, thoroughly dry the handle and the area around the mechanism.
How do you maintain the ball-bearing pivot?
The area around the pivot should be regularly cleaned of dust. After cleaning, you can apply a small amount of a light lubricant designed for knife mechanisms.
