251,00 €Bestech Duci Flamed Titanium Folding Knife, Satin CPM 20CV by Ostap Hel (BT2605D)
The Bestech Duci BT2605D is the most decorative version of Ostap Hel’s compact folding knife design. The Crucible CPM 20CV blade features a satin finish, while the titanium handle has been heat-treated to achieve the distinctive “Flamed” effect. The knife retains the removable ring, Frame Lock, and ceramic bearings found in other Duci variants.
The model measures 162.00 mm in overall length, has a 50.00 mm blade, and weighs 54.00 g. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it remains a discreet EDC folder, but the removable ring allows you to change your grip and how you use it. The release mechanism is button-operated, so no tools are required to remove the ring.
Crucible CPM 20CV – 61–62 HRC
The blade is made of Crucible CPM 20CV steel with a hardness of 61–62 HRC. The material holds its edge well, exhibits high wear resistance, and has very good corrosion resistance. The compact Duci blade combines a small size with a durable, high-performance edge for everyday tasks.
Flat grind and satin finish
The modified profile combines the characteristics of Drop Point and Spear Point, providing a compact, functional geometry. The flat grind facilitates smooth cutting, while the satin finish accentuates the blade’s lines and contrasts with the heat-treated titanium handle. This is the most classically finished blade among the three variants.
Thermally Colored Titanium, Frame Lock, and Ceramic Bearings
The handle is made of titanium and has undergone a thermal coloring process, which corresponds to the manufacturer’s “Flamed” designation. The Frame Lock secures the blade without the need for separate liners, and ceramic ball bearings ensure smooth opening with the flipper. The titanium ring is detachable and can be released with a dedicated button.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the properties of CPM 20CV?
CPM 20CV offers high wear resistance, very good corrosion resistance, and long-lasting sharpness. This steel is well-suited for a lightweight EDC folder with a small blade.
How do you sharpen CPM 20CV?
It’s best to use diamond abrasives or a precision sharpening system. At 61–62 HRC, the steel may require more effort than softer grades, but it retains its sharpness for a long time.
What does “Flamed Titanium” mean?
“Flamed” refers to thermally colored titanium, which gives the surface the irregular tonal gradations characteristic of this type of treatment. In this context, it does not refer to a separate coating or additional material.
How does the Frame Lock work?
The spring-loaded part of the titanium handle slides under the base of the blade and stabilizes it in the open position. The mechanism allows for a simple, lightweight design without a separate lock embedded between the grips.
How does the detachable ring work?
The ring is attached to the Handle via a push-button release mechanism. It can be quickly detached and reattached without tools, allowing you to customize the knife’s configuration to your preferences.
