The model was developed in collaboration with Greg Thompson, Curtis Iovito, Mark Carey, and a Special Forces unit affiliated with USAJFKSWCS. 154CM – Steel with a Good Balance of Performance

154CM is a stainless tool steel that offers a good compromise between wear resistance, toughness, and ease of sharpening. At CQB Tool, it is hardened to a range of 57–59 HRC and undergoes a double cryogenic treatment, which enhances edge stability and the durability of the entire structure.
