ESP Hardened Easy Lock 18'' Expandable Baton, Khaki Ergonomic (ExBTO-18HE-KH)

ExBTO-18HE-KH is a professional, hardened Easy Lock telescopic baton with a length of 18" / 460 mm, equipped with an ergonomic HE (Ergonomic Grip) handle in khaki and a rounded Round Ending end cap. It is designed for discreet carry close to the body. The version supplied without a holder / mounting system is particularly suitable for users who value compact dimensions, easy carry, and the lowest possible weight.

Easy Lock is a modern telescopic baton locking system operated by a button located at the end of the handle. The baton can be extended in three ways: automatically while being drawn from the BHT-54 holder, manually by pulling out the telescopic sections by the baton tip, or in the standard way with a swinging motion. Manual extension is particularly useful when discreet deployment is required or when conditions do not allow a full swing. To collapse the baton, press the Easy Lock button and then use the other hand to slide the telescopic sections back into the handle. The manufacturer does not recommend collapsing the baton by striking or pressing its tip against a hard surface.

Handle – in khaki, equipped with an ergonomically shaped HE (Ergonomic Grip), designed to provide secure and comfortable handling. The rubber grip surface ensures a stable hold and good control during use. The durable connection between the handle and the telescopic baton construction increases its strength and improves grip stability. The khaki color makes it easier to match the baton with tactical clothing and equipment.

Steel – the telescopic sections are manufactured from seamless, cold-drawn steel tubes made of ČSN 12060 steel (Czech standard), corresponding to CK55 (DIN 17200) and C55E (EN 10083-1 + A1). Individual tubes are hardened to a hardness of 47 ± 2 HRC to 51 ± 2 HRC, depending on the structural element. This provides high resistance to deformation during intensive use.

Coating – the metal telescopic sections of the baton are finished with a black nickel-zinc coating (Black Ni-Zn), increasing surface resistance to abrasion.
