Recommended - in order to achieve the best effect, the manufacturer recommends placing the heater on the solar plexus, where the nerve endings are located or at the height of the heart to warm the flowing blood and spread it throughout the circulatory system.
How to use - light the insert on one or two sides (double heating effect). Wait for it to glow, then put it on fireproof mineral wool which is lined with a heater from the inside. The heater begins to give off heat. Effective working time is about 7-9 hours, maintaining the temperature in the range of 60-80 degrees C. The manufacturer recommends using the heater in the cover included in the kit.
