This product is intended for use only by adults with knowledge and experience in handling sharp cutting tools. Improper use of the knife can result in serious injuries. The blade is extremely sharp and can easily cut through skin and tissue; therefore, extra caution should always be exercised while cutting, and hands should be kept away from the cutting edge. To prevent the knife from slipping, it is recommended to cut on a stable, non-slip surface and avoid excessive force, which may cause uncontrolled blade movement.
Leaving the knife on the edge of a table, countertop, or in easily accessible places—especially where children are present—poses a significant safety risk. The knife should always be properly secured after use, ideally by placing it on a stable surface or storing it in designated knife blocks, protective sheaths, or magnetic strips. The knife should never be used for tasks it is not designed for, such as opening cans or prying objects, as this can damage the tool and lead to dangerous accidents.
A dull blade increases the risk of injury, as it requires more force and is more likely to slip from the material being cut. Therefore, it is essential to sharpen the knife regularly to maintain optimal sharpness. Additionally, proper cleaning and drying of the knife are necessary to prevent corrosion and bacterial growth. Periodic inspection of the handle and blade is recommended to check for cracks, chips, or looseness. If any damage is detected, the knife should be repaired or replaced immediately.
When using the knife, focus solely on the task at hand—avoid talking on the phone, watching television, or other distractions while cutting. Ensure proper lighting in the workspace for better visibility and control. Please note that some countries or regions have laws restricting the ownership and carrying of knives. Before purchasing or using this knife, verify that its use is legal in your location according to applicable regulations.
Following these safety guidelines will help ensure safe and effective knife use, minimizing the risk of accidents and extending the lifespan of the tool.
Solis Lite Coyote G10, Satin An even lighter version of the Solis family folding knife, the result of a collaboration between Polish designer Jakub Wieczorkiewicz (Poltergeist Works) and RealSteel Knives. Handle made of G10, D2 tool steel. Lightweight and compact, modern gentlemans folder!
Jakub Wieczorkiewicz (Poltergeist Works) - one of the first Polish knifemakers creating custom folding knives. Simple, sophisticated yet fully usable form is the hallmark of his works.
Real Steel Knives - founded in 2013 in Hangzhou, China. Over time, RSK has become a leading knife manufacturer not only in China offering a wide range of products. It collaborates with well-known designers, including those from Poland, to produce aesthetically pleasing and durable knives. An extremely important channel of information for the company is contact with fans, who through their support and feedback constantly develop the offerings. The company's mission is to revolutionize the knife industry to always deliver the best possible quality and service.
D2 - a high-carbon, high-chromium high-speed tool steel heat-treated to 58-60 HRC. With a high 13.0% chromium (Cr) content, it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. Features high wear resistance due to high carbide content in the microstructure.
Slip-Joint - a "no lock" non-locking mechanism used in folders in which the wedge is held open by spring pressure on a flat section at the back of the blade shank during use. The Slip Joint holds the blade in both the folded and unfolded positions. When folded, it generates a smooth resistance as in a knife equipped with a traditional locking mechanism.
Blade - Sheepsfoot type with an elegant Satin finish. The straight cutting edge converges towards the needle-sharp tip of the knife. The thickness of the blade provides high strength while the high, flat grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Phosphor bronze washers are responsible for the smooth operation of the blade's opening mechanism, allowing the knife to be opened with a long thumb notch ideal for both right and left-handed users. The knife is held in the closed position by a slip-joint spring, so its possession and carrying is allowed in many countries that have a ban on locking knives.
Handle - made of G10 (pressure-pressed fiberglass with synthetic resin), textured to improve grip confidence. The large pivot bolt characteristic of Jacob's designs. A solid backspacer provides rigidity and strength to the overall design. The simple, secure construction of this knife gives you the confidence of many years of use. The single-position, right-handed deep-carry clip allows the knife to be carried in the tip-up position, with the tip of the blade upward.
