Defender 2 DG Black Forprene, Stonewashed, combat version (combat) of the Scout compact knife (back-up) with a false blade. Ultra-slim 118mm long blade, with blood-draining slots (grain grooves / drainage inlets) on both sides of the full-length blade to reinforce the design. Equipped with a double steel hilt (double guards) to prevent your hand from accidentally slipping on the Blade. Handy and easy to carry due to its dimensions, flat design and light weight.

It features exceptionally high corrosion resistance and long edge retention. One of the best tool steels in the world today. Achieves a hardness of 58 HRC. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

Blade - Spear Point type finished with a fine scratch-masking, anti-reflective bath of fine Stonewashed pebbles. Plain blade was derived with a high flat grind (Flat grind). The high grind provides excellent cutting edge geometry, and the false blade facilitates penetration. Double finger guard double-sided hilt / guard protects the hand from slipping on the blade.

Handle - covered with a grip with rubber-like properties. Made of non-slip Forprene thermoplastic elastomer (flexible return, softness, chemical resistance), provides a secure grip. Each grips contains a single divot to provide a pivot during grip change techniques. The steel head with a lanyard hole, an oval-shaped hole for the line, can be used as a hammer or nailer for glass striking and more....

Sheath - lightweight, made of Kydex plastic in black. Universal openwork, the holster protects the knife from falling out and makes it easier to dry the Blade. On both sides of the holster, a system of elastic polymer webbing that allows quick attachment of the Sheath under the straps of the M.O.L.L.E. (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) system or on the belt.
