420H - a high-carbon martensitic stainless steel with an increased carbon (C) content of 0.17% to 0.23%, also containing chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo) offers high hardenability in the 54-58 HRC range, as well as strength, toughness, machinability and excellent corrosion resistance. The high carbon content produces chromium carbide compounds, providing wear resistance and edge retention after hardening. Due to its high hardness, the steel is suitable for manufacturing cutting tools, knife blades and medical instruments.
Blade - wide Spear Point type blade finished elegantly Satinized. Despite its thickness, the hollow grind provides excellent cutting properties combined with excellent durability. The long false blade enhances piercing properties. Guard made of brass on both sides, prevents fingers from slipping on the blade while working.
Handle - covered with flexible, textured elastomer. The profiled Handle eliminates sharp edges for comfortable grip and the texture on the surface improves grip confidence. Guard and Pommel made of brass.
Sheath - hand-stitched, made of top quality cowhide in black with embossed manufacturer's logo. The edges of the case are stitched with decorative thread. Fastened with a Prym type snap. The belt attachment allows the knife to be carried in an upright position.
