Ultratech T/E Signature Red Camo Cerakote Aluminum, Red Camo Cerakote F/S is a full-size Ultratech OTF (Out The Front) automatic knife from the Signature series. The model is distinguished by the unique Cerakote coating on the blade and handle in a Red Camo pattern. Working in D/A (Double Action) mode, it allows the blade to be quickly extended and retracted with the movement of the thumb, making it an extremely practical tool in situations requiring a quick response. Ultratech OTF Line - Microtech's flagship OTF line that set the standard for all Out The Front knives. Proprietary Ultratech trigger design that stays in a “resting” position at all times except when activated. This means that the spring does not fatigue, reducing wear and tear on the internal release mechanisms, ensuring that the knife will always work effectively. Its light weight, one-handed opening and closing, slim handle and sharp blade make this a one-of-a-kind knife, available only from Microtech.

Signature Series - Microtech's elite product line designed for buyers who are looking for more exclusive accents in relation to the beloved production models from the Core series (logo with claws on the knife). The production of Signature Series knives often uses the highest quality materials and finishes. The line also includes themed knives such as Bounty Hunter, Outbreak, Memento Mori and Molon Labe. A distinctive feature is the dagger logo on the handle and Anthony Marfione's signature on the clip.

M390 Microclean® - Martensitic high-performance chromium steel produced by powder metallurgy. Due to the alloy concept, it is characterized by extremely high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Thanks to its high wear resistance, it retains the shape of the edge properly, so that the blade remains sharp for a very long time (requires minimal maintenance). Another advantage is the resistance to “wire” formation during sharpening. Steel with a high chromium content of 20.0% (Cr) with an admixture of 1.9% carbon (C), vanadium 4.0% (V), hardened in the range of 59-61 HRC. This super steel is comparable to Carpenter's CPM 20CV or CTS-204P steels. Manufactured by Böhler Edelstahl in Kapfenberg, Austria.

Cerakote™ - a ceramic-based finish that can be applied to metals, improving a number of physical properties, including abrasion/wear and corrosion resistance. A thin, non-reflective, matt protective coating with a low coefficient of friction, resistant to high temperatures, chemicals and impact. Ensures durability and hardness.

Blade - machine-ground T/E (Tanto Edge), single-edged, Fully Serrated with a long line of grooves on both sides of the blade. Effectively coated with Cerakote™ in a Red Camo pattern. The blade is ground to a high flat grind, which ensures excellent cutting properties. This gives the knife outstanding piercing properties while maintaining high durability. The strong blade extension / retraction mechanism with a knurled thumb slide, a stepped slider for the thumb, requires a certain amount of force to overcome the resistance of the spring for safety. The opening method ensures trouble-free opening for both right- and left-handed people.

Handle - also with Cerakote™ coating in red camo. Grips made of 6061-T6 aluminum with high-precision 3D technology on CNC milling machines. The texture of the handle ensures a secure grip. There are jimping grooves on the top and bottom of the handle for a more secure grip. The slim profile and milled two-position (right/left) solid deep carry clip allow the knife to be carried discreetly in a pocket in the tip-down position. The clip features the Microtech logo, serial number and date of manufacture. The handle ends in a window-breaking mallet, a solid steel triangle with a pressed-in tungsten carbide ball. It also has a hole for threading a decorative cord.
