ExBTO-24HE-BK is a professional-grade 24-inch hardened expandable baton (615.0 mm / 24.00") designed for discreet, close-to-body carry. It features an ergonomic HE-type grip, a classic round ending, and the advanced Easy Lock system. This version is supplied without a holster or mounting system.
Easy Lock System – enables two deployment methods: a traditional wrist flick or a silent pull of the baton’s tip, making it ideal for operations where stealth is essential. Retraction is single-handed: press the release button and brace the tip against any firm surface to close.
Handle – ergonomic HE-type grip made from black, hypoallergenic, non-slip synthetic rubber. Designed for maximum control, it provides a secure hold even in wet conditions or while wearing gloves. The bonded construction ensures long-term durability under heavy use.
Steel – built from low-carbon Cro-Mo 4130 alloy steel (chromium-molybdenum), formed using cold-drawn seamless tubes conforming to CSN 12060 = CK55 (DIN 17200), C55E (EN 10083-1 + A1). This ensures outstanding resistance to bending, tearing, and tensile stress.
Hardness – all steel components are heat-treated to 40–50 HRC, providing excellent protection against mechanical damage and deformation.
Coating – finished with a black nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) layer that enhances resistance to abrasion and environmental exposure.
Important! – New batons may be initially stiff to close. To ensure smooth operation, open and close the baton several times without applying excessive force.
