FOX Tekno Military Diving Knife (643/11)

Tekno Military, a compact knife for the diver (Back-up) with full tang construction, the result of cooperation between two companies FOX and MAC Coltellerie. The knife fits perfectly in the hand, it is suitable for use during diving trips and on land.

Blade - with a Dagger type profile, 4 mm thickness, made of 420C stainless steel adapted to long-term contact with water with high corrosion resistance. Hardened in the range of 54-56 HRC.

Idroglider® Black - the blade is covered with a scratch-resistant, matte, non-reflective coating made of PTFE. The finish ensures long blade life and resistance to rust.

Cutting edge- on both sides, made with a flat cut (Flat Grind). One of the blades - fully smooth (Plain type), the other Serrated type, are used in diving, rescue and survival knives. It consists of alternately one large and two small teeth, called „two-step”. This pattern increases the length of the cut edge by up to 24% compared to the straight blade. Perfect for aggressive cutting of hard materials, plastics and fibrous materials.

Handle - textured, non-slip linings with rubber-like properties, made of a thermoplastic elastomer also known as TPE thermoplastic rubber (guarantees a secure grip in an aqueous environment), combined with a PP polymer. The ergonomic shape of the linings prevents the hands from slipping during work. A steel head with a lanyard hole for a safety rope, can be used as a hammer.

Sheath - made of ABS material with holes for draining water and moisture. The holster is equipped with a latch with a blockade to prevent the knife from sliding out in the water. Sheath comes with two rubber straps and two plastic buckles to use many options for attaching the knife to the equipment or to the user: vest, on the forearm or on the thigh.
