It is characterized by a finger ring and sickle-shaped blade, which is characterized by tremendous cutting efficiency - mimicking the way an eagle's claw or a tiger's claw rips. Used as a working knife and for defense if necessary.
440A - easy to sharpen, stainless knife steel, equivalent to Japanese AUS-6 steel. High content of 16.0% chromium and average 0.6% carbon provide excellent corrosion resistance. The presence of <1.0% silicon and <0.75% molybdenum increase the steel's strength and wear resistance. 440A has a high hardness in the 55-59 HRC range.
