420 - martensitic stainless steel rich in 0.15% carbon, containing min. 12% chromium, which offers high hardenability in the 54-56 HRC range as well as strength, toughness, machinability and excellent corrosion resistance. The high carbon content produces chromium carbide compounds for wear resistance and edge retention after hardening. Due to its high hardness, the steel is suitable for manufacturing cutting tools, knife blades and medical instruments.

Blade - made of 420 stainless steel, known for its weather resistance and ease of maintenance. Blade profile of Clip Point type with strongly marked tip increases its strength and effectiveness in cutting hard materials and working in confined spaces. The flat grind used provides good penetration and control with every movement, and the wide cutting edge handles vegetation as well as thicker wood. The combination of a satin finish on the grind and blackened surface of the bevels gives the Blade not only an attractive look, but also helps reduce the visibility of scratches from use.
