D2 - a high-carbon, high-chromium high-speed tool steel heat -treated to 58-60 HRC. With a high chromium content of 13.0% (Cr), it offers greater corrosion resistance than most high-carbon steels. Combines strength, excellent edge holding and easy sharpening. Features high wear resistance due to high carbide content in the microstructure.

Blade - modified Straight Back S/E (Single Edge), type, sharpened on one side. Coated with a titanium-based black finish. The generous belly extends the length of the cutting edge in relation to the length of the blade converging towards a needle-sharp tip. The thickness of the blade combined with a high flat grind gives excellent cutting properties combined with high strength. Opening the blade which can be opened with a quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper). When opened, the flipper creates a mini-fence to prevent your hand from slipping on the blade. To maintain full control of the blade, there is a notched thumb rest on the back of the upper jimping wedge. The entire blade is locked with the proven and popular liner lock.

Handle - made with excellent precision from G10 composite, a virtually indestructible plastic, insensitive to weather conditions, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. The surface texture and jimping on the back and bottom of the handle make the knife non-slip in the hand during use. The solid backspacer to which the grips are attached guarantees the rigidity and strength of the entire structure. The ergonomic profile and the two-position (right/left) clip, allow the knife to be carried discreetly in the pocket, in tip-down position (with the tip of the blade down). The protruding section of the backspacer contains a lanyard hole, a place for a safety or decorative cord. It can also serve as an improvised glass breaker.

Case - the knife is packed in a Velcro velcro-fastened nylon soft pouch for safe handling and storage of the folder.
