1095 High Carbon Steel - Cold-rolled, high-carbon tool steel with a carbon content of 0.95% (C) and manganese content of 0.5% (Mn) and a hardness in the range of 55-58 HRC. Characterized by high cutting aggressiveness and long sharpness retention. Used for knives, swords and blades, it has a great edge and is very easy to sharpen.
NOTE!!! Due to its high carbon content, 1095 steel is not stainless and requires more attention. You need to remember to wipe it thoroughly dry after each use.
Blade - Modified Drop Point type finished with a scratch-masking bath of fine Stonewashed pebbles. Precision-ground blade offers a balance of edge holding and chipping resistance. Plain blade with a pronounced belly and Full Flat Grind gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. On the back of the upper jimping wedge, a notched thumb rest for easy control of the knife during precision work.
Handle - profiled grips made of G10 composite, an indestructible material insensitive to weather conditions, resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. Chamfered edges of the covers eliminate sharp edges and surface texturing improves grip confidence. The grip covers are attached to the mandrel with strong screws. Fore Finger Groove, a deep cut under the finger prevents the hand from accidentally slipping on the blade.
Sheath - made of kydex plastic. Allows quick retrieval of the knife and protects it from falling out and moisture. The holster is equipped with a multi-position handle that allows you to carry on your belt or on your equipment.
