Coating and color options - the handle is coated with genuine Cerakote®, a ceramic-polymer finish widely used in firearms and tactical equipment. The baton is available in three color variants: Titanium Gray, Burnt Bronze, and Desert Sage Green, allowing seamless integration with other gear.
Construction - the baton retains the specifications of the standard ASP Agent 40 Airweight. The striking surface is crafted from 4140 steel, while the intermediate shaft and handle are made from forged 7075 T6 aluminum, ensuring an optimal balance of strength and reduced weight.
Grip and carry - the handle features Crosstec knurling with spiral micro-grooves for a secure grip, while precision-machined rings interface with the included adjustable Nexus clip. When extended, the baton measures 15.75 inches (400 mm / 40 cm), and when collapsed, it is just 7.75 inches (196.9 mm), making it easy to carry on a belt or inside the waistband.
Important - the Cerakote® coating provides excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, chemicals, and impact. However, like any external finish, it may develop signs of wear over time due to regular use and contact with other equipment.
